Q1. Is it
scary?
A. Do pirates drink grog?
Q2. But
is it really scary?
A. We provide what we feel is on of the
scariest haunted houses in the Metroplex,
because it's based in fact. We have created
a walk-though show where cast members and
guests interact in a terrifyingly real way!
Q3. Will
the pirates touch me?
A. You don't touch them,
they won't grab you!
Q4. Is
there a 'Good Fairy' to accompany the
scaredy cats?
A. Nope. If you are too
afraid to continue, someone will lead you out.
Q5. Are
you affiliated with a non-profit
organization?
A. YES! We are proud to be
a part of the effort to provide housing and
care for gorgeous exotic felines with
In-Sync Exotics. We ask
that you take a moment to cruise by their
site and get involved if you care at all for
these amazing animals. Part of the proceeds
of every dollar we take in goes toward their
generous efforts.
Q6. Can I
bring my kids?
A. Yes, you are more than
welcome to bring children, but be aware that
we offer a scary environment. We do require
that a parent or adult accompany those under
the age of 13. Children unsupervised under
13 will be sold into slavery.

there discounts available?
A. Yes. You can download a

We also offer group discounts to 8 or more.
These tickets must be purchased in advance
by phone. Please call 214-927-6260

Q8. Can I
come in costume?
A. Sorry, but no. No person
shall be admitted in costume. No exceptions.
Q9. Is
there a discount for children?
A. No. Our shows are
designed to be equally terrifying for
children and adults. A child uses the same
space in line and the same scare activation
as an adult. Add to those facts that most
children will be too scared to continue, it
then takes a cast member to escort them to
the exit. So actually we should charge more!

Q10. Is
the Haunt nothing more than black walls and
monsters jumping out?
A. Blasphemy! At Lafitte's
Landing you are actually IN the various
exotic scenes. We design our sets, rooms,
and environment to appear realistic and we
try very hard to create an atmosphere where
our guests can escape the reality of the
outside world.
Q11. Can
I bring my cell phone?
A. Sure, but be aware that
we will NOT stop to look for lost cell
phones or pagers (or most anything else). If
we happen to find them, they will be
available at the ticket window the next
night we are open. If you use your phone as
a flashlight, it will be confiscated and
thrown in the treasure pile. You may NOT get
it back.
Q12. Can
I bring my camera?
A. No recording devices are
permitted inside.
Q13. If
I'm too scared can I get a refund?
A. We have a no refund
policy. You have paid for us to scare you.
If you are so scared that you have to leave
the haunt early and not go on then we have
done our job. If we have done our job then
there is no reason for a refund.
